* Agree to not handover any type of material to customer or vendor without company's purchase order .
* Agree to submit all required documents (including required
certificates) before registration.
* Company reserve rights to reject any application without giving any reason.
* Agree to pay registration charges (Fee) as per Company Terms
(charges (fee) is applicable for one year).
* Agreement validity is for one year from date of your first purchase order,
agreement can renew thereafter basis on material quality and material delivery period.
* Agree to provide material to customer/vendor without any
complaint.
* Agree to never try to misguide or influence customer/vendor against
Company.
* Agree to never make cash transactions with customer/vendor directly or
indirectly.
* Agree to never make or offer deals to customer or vendor or customer’s
representative directly or indirectly. If found guilty Company will take
legal action against you and any involved person related to you.
* If you breach above Terms & Conditions Company has rights to
terminate your agreement at any time without giving any prior
intimation or notice.
* Your material charges(bill) will pay by Company after submission of
orignal bills & delivery challans by you to the company.
* Your material charges(bill) will pay by Company once in a week for all your
order completed.
* This registration fee will not be refunded in any condition.
* This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to
the law of India and Sangli and all disputes arising under the
Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sangli District
(Maharashtra) courts.
* For any product quality or warranty is your responsibility.
* Company will not responsible for any type of losses occured because of mishandling, wrong product delivery or transport will be borne by you.
